About the Role:
As a FUSE Club Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the club, driving revenue, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring a superior member experience. You will focus on business strategy, marketing, and operations while fostering a positive and engaging club environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Management:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a robust business plan to drive revenue and membership growth.
* Sales and Marketing: Oversee local marketing efforts, implement sales strategies, and monitor lead generation and conversion rates.
* Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, payroll, and cost control to meet profitability targets.
* Corporate Partnerships: Identify and secure local partnerships and corporate deals to enhance revenue streams.
1. Leadership and Team Management:
* Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a team aligned with FUSE's mission and values.
* Performance Management: Set clear expectations, conduct regular reviews, and drive accountability across the team.
* Culture Building: Foster a collaborative, results-driven environment where team members thrive and members feel valued.
2. Operations and Member Experience:
* Member Engagement: Ensure all members receive outstanding service and feel part of a supportive community.
* Facility Management: Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the club, including equipment upgrades.
* Class Timetables: Curate and oversee a schedule of diverse and engaging classes.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the club meets all legal and safety standards.
3. Growth and Development:
* Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the member experience and streamline operations.
* Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven Leadership: Experience in a senior management role within the fitness, hospitality, or retail sectors.
* Sales and Marketing Expertise: A track record of driving sales growth and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
* Strong Business Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and deliver on revenue targets.
* Exceptional Communication Skills: Confident in engaging with members, staff, and external partners.
* Passion for Fitness: A genuine enthusiasm for health and wellness with an ability to inspire others.
