Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyor systems, and production machinery.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
Manage inventory, order parts, and follow procurement procedures.
Lead and train the maintenance team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Coordinate with operations to align maintenance with production goals.
Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Prepare reports to track maintenance trends and recommend improvements.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in maintenance supervision within production or waste processing.
Strong leadership, organizational, and safety management skills.
Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, and automation is a plus.
Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Maintenance qualifications and experience with tracking systems are preferred.
