DescriptionAs an in-house systems developer, you will deal with internal customers and handle issues on internal / global systems, resolving with the assistance of 3rd line support if applicable.
Design, develop, and maintain additional supplemental systems that meet the needs of the organization, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user satisfaction.
Provide daily support for the Oracle ERP System.
This is an onsite position that can be based at any of our facilities in Letterkenny, Burnfoot or Campsie, Northern Ireland.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support manufacturing executing systems ORACLE, ORACLE WMS, BRICK and Cyberplan.
Developing ad hoc systems to support production, as well as maintaining and making changes to existing ones.
Able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team and have problem solving and innovative thinking.
Dealing with and troubleshooting issues arising from production reporting, warehouse management and planning systems.
Provide information internally to customer through data extraction tools and methods i.e. writing queries
Become proficient in Oracle EBS and Oracle Apex development.
QUALIFICATIONS
Working with relational databases (ORACLE, MS Access, MS SQL Server) and queries (desirable)
Experience in ORACLE MRP systems (optional)
Knowledge or use of some or all for the flowing, SQL, PSQL, VBA, VB .NET, ORACLE (desirable)
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications e.g. Excel, Word (required)
3RD Level degree qualification or higher in IT Computing (required)
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
You would have to walk between the offices and production floor to troubleshoot/investigate issues or dealing with internal customers.
You may be required to travel to the Campsie / Letterkenny factories as and when needed.
