Siamsa Tíre offers traditional and folk musicians an opportunity to perform on its stage
Trad Connections is a monthly concert series that takes place in Siamsa Tíre, The National Folk Theatre of Ireland, on the last Friday of the month. Its aim is to support new and established voices in Irish traditional and folk music.
It does this by giving musicians the opportunity to perform before a live audience at our theatre in Tralee, to have access to the full range of technical and marketing expertise available from Siamsa Tíre, and to develop their skills as live performers and extend their audience base in the process.
Siamsa Tíre is now looking for fresh voices to showcase. There are a limited number of slots still available this year and slots are currently being filled for 2023.
Submissions are being welcomed from local, national, and international musicians. These can be well-known acts or new to the stage. All will be considered.
