**Job Title:** Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger Clerk
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join our dynamic team as an Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger Clerk. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth financial operations of a well-established organisation.

Mulrines is Ireland's premier juice production company, established in 1919 with over 100 years of experience in beverage production.
The Role:
This role will play a key part in ensuring all supplier invoices and expenses are processed accurately and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
* Processing, matching, and posting large volumes of supplier invoices.
* Preparing and processing weekly and monthly supplier payments.
* Reconciling accounts payable transactions to supplier statements.
* Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice, account, and payment queries.
* Assisting in month-end closing, including supplier reconciliations and stock reporting analysis.
* Preparing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
* Managing employee expenses, mileage reports, and petty cash reconciliations.
* Providing support for audit queries and assisting with ad-hoc finance tasks.
What We're Looking For:
We require the ideal candidate to hold a Business, Finance, or Administration qualification with a minimum of 1 year's experience in a finance or administrative role. Alternatively, they should have at least 3 years' experience working within a finance or administrative environment.
Key skills and qualifications include:
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
* Prior experience in the food industry is desirable but not essential.
