Overview
Opportunity for a Intermediate Planner to join our Data Centre Team in Dublin. The Intermediate Planner will support Senior Planners and the Regional Planner with the planning and programming of the design, procurement, and construction activities associated with the works. To support the programme and planning management for the team in the preconstruction and construction phases.

Responsibilities
1. Support the senior planners in defining the current programme position on all projects they are working on a weekly/monthly basis. Regularly review programmes, outputs, and phasing with the senior planners.
2. Help develop tracking schedules as required to maintain information and control the production of programmes by the subcontractors.
3. Support in the development of the baseline contract programme, covering all aspects of design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. All elements to be fully logic linked and have a critical path.
4. Ensure planning assumptions and decisions incorporate Sisk’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
5. Support in the development of construction methodology to effectively demonstrate the construction techniques and sequencing in order to safely deliver projects.
Experience
1. Membership of relevant professional body, where applicable.
2. 5 plus years experience.
3. Some experience of working within a team.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
5. Excellent IT skills.
6. Some knowledge and understanding of industry best practices.
Qualifications
1. Relevant degree or diploma qualifications in construction management.
2. Primavera P6 required.
3. Presentation Techniques Training.
4. Contract awareness and understanding of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
