Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
* Achieve target-driven KPIs while maintaining excellent shop floor presentation
* Manage, motivate, and develop the store team
* Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained consistently
* Deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements
* Leaving certificate or equivalent completed
* Minimum 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
* Full driving licence
* Passion for working in a dynamic environment with diverse tasks and deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to work varying shift patterns
* Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager is preferred but not essential
