We are looking for junior PR & Comms Specialists for one of the most impactful and prestigious agencies in the world.
They are experiencing a new phase of growth, with a significant recent conversion of clients and a robust pipeline for the future. To support this exciting development, they’re seeking PR & Communications Specialists to lead large integrated accounts with a focus on their Saudi Arabian clients.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver integrated communications campaigns for senior-level clients within the Saudi government.
* Oversee all aspects of the account life cycle, from research and strategic planning to creative development, digital execution, narrative building, media relations, and executive positioning.
* Possess the gravitas and cultural awareness to effectively manage senior Saudi clients and their expectations.
* Mentor and coach a junior team, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development.
* Coordinate seamlessly with international Edelman teams to ensure flawless execution of Saudi briefs across multiple markets.
* Regular travel to Riyadh will be a necessity.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of communications work, encompassing research, strategy, creative, digital, media relations, and executive positioning.
* Extensive experience managing accounts for high-profile clients, preferably within the government sector.
* Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and cultural nuances will be a big plus. (Arabic fluency also a plus, but not essential).
* Communications experience in tourism, culture, energy will be appreciated.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
