Job Title: Branch Senior Customer Experience Champion
Ireland's leading retail and SME bank, PTSB, is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Branch Senior Customer Experience Champion. Our focus is on delivering what our customers, colleagues, and communities need to be successful.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure branch plans are coordinated and branch activities are actioned.
* Coach branch colleagues to embed key learnings from the Blackbelt program, including enhanced customer engagement and education on all available channels.
* Lead by example and support day-to-day customer service operations within the branch.
* Provide an excellent level of customer service and advice throughout their product/financial needs journey, improving the customer experience through phone and face-to-face interactions.
Requirements:
* QFA or APA in Loans and Savings & Investments, with up-to-date CPD hours for relevant years.
* Actively engaged in Continuous Professional Development.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, dedicated to providing an outstanding customer experience.
* Significant level of proven sales, customer service, or clerical experience in a regulatory compliant environment.
* Committed to working in a sales environment.
