Internal Sales Executive Belfast Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Gentech are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Belfast for an Internal Sales Executive.
Duties: As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth.
Working closely with the external sales team and other departments, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive the best solutions for their requirements.
Handle inbound sales enquiries and proactively reach out to new and existing customers.
Develop strong relationships with electrical wholesalers and contractors.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and quotations.
Process orders efficiently and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the external sales team to support business growth.
Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to achieving team targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Essential: Experience in an internal sales or customer-facing role, ideally within electrical wholesale, distribution, or a related industry.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proactive approach with a passion for sales and customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of power and control cables or electrical products is an advantage but not essential.
Strong IT skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
