The main responsibility for this role will be to manage the everyday running of the establishment and deliver exceptional customer service with a strong emphasis on Food & Beverage.
Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution and quality standards are met.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Maintain high levels of employee engagement and performance through effective communication and coaching.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager/Supervisor environment.
* 1-2 years of experience working in a busy hotel restaurant is highly desirable.
* A strong background in Food & Beverage is essential for success in this role.
* Excellent Communication, Organisational, Interpersonal, and Time Management skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure, think critically, and make informed decisions.
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Packages Offered
* Competitive Salary €40,000 – €42,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
