Position: Recruitment/HR Specialist

We are looking for dynamic and motivated professionals to join our expanding team as an experienced Recruitment/HR Coordinator. You will support the operations in managing the overall recruitment process, projects, and represent emeis Ireland as an employer of choice. You will manage all aspects of the day-to-day recruitment process, take responsibility and accountability, possess excellent communication skills, and lead the implementation of our strategic vision both on an HR and business focus.
This role is based in Citywest, with travel required to other sites in North Dublin, Kildare, and Portloaise.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
* HR qualification or related discipline desirable
* Previous recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a healthcare setting
* Excellent administration skills and compliance experience in building candidate files
* Knowledge of the Garda Vetting process
* Excellent people skills and the ability to build relationships
* Good market knowledge
* Strong social media recruitment skills (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
* Experience in working towards KPIs and deadlines
* Experience with administrative HR software (ATS, scheduling, personnel tracking)
* Solid verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Full driving license
* Good knowledge of the process for work permits
Main Duties
* Liaising with the recruitment/talent acquisition team and operations teams to ensure alignment with recruitment needs
* Ensuring compliance of candidate files before sign-off
* Assisting with CV database management, reviewing applications, interviewing job applicants, and evaluating qualifications
* Managing candidates through job boards, social media, and ATS systems
* Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees
* Achieving and maintaining department KPIs
* Managing day-to-day operations of the Recruitment Department
* Assisting with reporting on a quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis
* Organising and maintaining candidate records
* Improving employer brand and networking with local opportunities
* Keeping abreast of recruitment trends and sourcing ideas
* Other duties as assigned by management
