CPL Healthcare is seeking an experienced Social Care Professional for a Deputy Manager role in Cork City. The client provides emergency accommodation to women, children and families experiencing homelessness.
Job Description
The successful candidate will assist in delivering a service that offers a welcoming, compassionate and professional experience to all residents. This includes working a 39-hour week with flexibility around working hours and some out-of-hours on-call duties.
Requirements
* A recognised professional qualification in Social Care or equivalent
* Minimum of four years post-qualification experience
* Experience working within homeless services
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the delivery of a service that meets the needs of residents, including providing support and guidance as required.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure the success of the service.
Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve the service.
