Customer Service Executive – Office based in Dublin 9
My client manufacture and sell their own well recognised brand of products into DIY, hardware, and builders’ merchants nationwide
They also sell their professional range directly to end users such as construction companies and large manufacturers.
They are recruiting an experienced Customer Service person to join the team in their Dublin 9 head office and warehouse.
This is full-time office based and hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
The candidate will ideally come from a B2B sales or customer service background, someone with a professional manner who can deal with retail customers at head office level.
You will communicate with your customers over the phone and on email, processing orders, problem solving and dealing with the warehouse team.
Proficiency in using Excel and SAP (or a similar CRM) would be an advantage.
I would also consider a warehouse operative who has some admin experience and would like to progress into an office role.
Package : Salary €35k may be negotiable but must reflect experience, Company Bonus, 25 days holidays, 5% Pension Contribution, Discounted Health Insurance.
Responsibilities for the job of Customer Service:
1. Maintain and update price files
2. Process customer orders
3. Maintain customer relationships over phone, email, and some face to face
4. Create Excel reports such as on-time delivery, forecasting and sales v forecast
5. Liaise with the sales reps and the warehouse team
6. Provide excellent customer service, addressing, and resolving an issues
7. Communicate with customers regarding delivery delays or out of stock products
