ROLE:
Junior Quantity Surveyor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working under the supervision of a Senior Quantity SurveyorAssist in preparation of Interim and Final Accounts for Projects.
Reconciliation of Contract documents versus tender documents received.
Maintain Project Variation FoldersProcurement and appointment of subcontractors/suppliersPreparation of internal subcontractor payment Certificates.
Assisting Agreement of subcontractor Final Accounts.
Liaising and co-ordination with Kilcawley Project Team where necessary.
Attending Project meetings.
Preparation of internal Project Cost reports.
Review and monitoring of Project Commercial Plans.
