Salary: €35-40K pro rata

Description of Role:
Our client is now seeking a HR/ Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.
Requirements:
* Must have at least 1-2 years Administration experience
* Must have experience working in HR / Recruitment
* Candidates coming from a technical environment preferred (however not essential).
* Must be a self-motivator
* Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work on your own initiative, take ownership of tasks and be accountable.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* HR administration – Including:
* Drafting & issuing contracts
* Salary letters for the annual review process
* Managing/maintaining employee files i.e. renaming and relocating them into relevant sub-folders, logging relevant data on a spreadsheet for auditing purposes, etc.
* Organising, screening, and conducting interviews.
* Reviewing CVs.
* Carrying out any Ad hoc duties as required e.g. helping arrange medicals.
