As part of a fun, close-knit team, you'll 'pick' stock for specific stores and load them onto the right pallets - ready for our Drivers to collect.

Our wonderful team of Selectors brings to life our love of efficiency and productivity. Receiving instructions through a headset, you'll need to be on the ball and pay close attention to details that matter, such as store numbers and product quantities. It also means always checking that the relevant paperwork is accurate.
Our Selectors tell us it’s a fun team to be part of, with plenty of variety and responsibility. Safety is high on the agenda, but you’re always ready to get the job done in a ‘high energy’ enthusiastic way. Because, let’s face it, we couldn’t run the show without you.
Our day shifts usually operate between the hours of 6 am and 2 pm, and you'll typically work 7-8 hours per shift.

* An impressive salary - You will earn a starting rate of €15.10 per hour which will rise in increments with length of service. There is an additional rate of €1.00 per hour for any hours worked in the freezer.

Application Process
1. Online Application - We like to keep things nice and straightforward. So there’s an online application form to highlight your key skills and experience.
2. Video Interview - Lights, camera, action. This video interview will include 4 short questions on what you will bring to the Aldi team - remember to think about why you are interested in this position and what you can bring to the role. If you are successful at this stage you will be invited to an interview.
3. Interview - The interview will involve some brief skills assessments to test your numerical ability and attention to detail. There will then be an interview with a Section Manager and there will also be a warehouse tour.
