About the Role
Our finance team is seeking a highly experienced individual to fill a vacant position.
The previous member has relocated to another project, and as a result, there will be a comprehensive handover process and potential for long-term permanency within the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of payroll processing, including BIK, share awards, pension, and other voluntary and statutory deductions.
* Handle starters and leavers registrations, ensuring seamless transitions.
* Process monthly PAYE submissions on ROS and conduct payroll reconciliations.
* Provide secure payslips for all employees and facilitate payment of net pay via EFT and Internet banking.
* Liaise with department heads to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
Requirements
* Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Possess high-level experience in using payroll systems and be confident in working within a team environment.
* Showcase the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
* Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Hold advanced Microsoft Excel skills and IPASS qualifications.
