We are working with an award-winning financial institution seeking a contract Project Manager to lead complex global change projects in asset servicing, ensuring regulatory, risk, and operational compliance.
This is a daily rate contract role with a requirement to be on-site 3 days per week in Limerick.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee global change projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and risk standards.
- Develop and manage project plans, governance frameworks, and milestone tracking.
- Manage relationships with external providers, handling contracts and negotiations.
- Set up new membership or participant arrangements when required.
- Support the transition of assets and the establishment of new securities/cash accounts.
- Ensure regulatory reporting and compliance.
- Maintain effective project reporting tools and controls.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of asset servicing and global custody operations.
- Proven experience in project management (SAFe, PRINCE2, APM, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with custody transitions, operating model changes, and market-wide implementations.
- Familiarity with Swift routing, settlements, entitlements, and cash/capital markets.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and drive end-to-end project delivery.
