About This Role
We are looking for a warm, organised, and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our friendly team and play an important role in supporting the continued growth of our business.
Responsibilities
1. Welcome and assist clients, both in person and over the phone
2. Manage the front desk and ensure smooth daily operations
3. Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients and team members
4. Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
5. Manage office supplies and stationery orders
6. Support the team with general office duties as needed
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly phone manner
* Experience in a busy office environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritise
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive approach to problem-solving
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* A car and valid driving licence (required)
