Post Specific Requirements
Candidate must demonstrate experience at a management level in the Health Services, as relevant to this role:
* Ability to supervise, manage and motivate a team of home support service providers.
* Ability to plan and manage change.
* Experience in managing challenging deadlines and effectively handling multiple tasks.
* Excellent organisational skills in the area of general administration, resource allocation etc.
* Financial awareness and ability to operate service within budget.
* Good knowledge on managing and implementing service plans and budgets.
