What is the Role:
Change is at the heart of everything we do in AIB. We are a professional team who drive change throughout the organisation. The Mobilisation Assessment Partner (MAP) team, work with Business, Technology and Change leaders across the Group ensuring that change initiatives are defined and mobilised in the right way.
The MAP team have two vacancies for a Mobilisation Assessment Lead who will lead engagements and work collaboratively across the Group in ensuring that initiatives are set up for optimal delivery to achieve desired outcomes/ benefits and are defined and governed in line with change methodologies (Agile and/or Project Methodology).
Key accountabilities:
Leading the mobilisation assessment of initiatives that will become a programme, part of a platform or agile initiatives, helping translate AIB’s strategic plan to define requirements and ensuring a group-wide consistent approach to moving from strategic and business decisions into executable plans.
Working with senior business leaders to facilitate scoping and planning new initiatives as a result of strategic changes, regulatory requirements, new business initiatives, critical sustainment, and resilience requirements. This involves providing subject matter expertise to decide the optimal delivery approach (i.e., structure, scope, plans, stakeholder management, costs, outcomes & benefits), identifying interdependencies and seeking synergies across initiatives around the group.
Developing relationships and engaging with stakeholders around the Group who engage, support change initiatives to support a full assessment of potential implications for an initiative including desired customer outcomes and bring end to end thinking to assess potential impact for business processes, technology, data and people.
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and acting as a trusted advisor to Business areas and Tribes to design, promote and implement change and transformation with a focus on customer outcomes and customer led design.
Lead, promote and role model a high-performing culture by setting clear, stretching goals, and providing ongoing feedback.
What you will bring :
6+ years’ experience as a Project Manager / Business Analyst or Change Practitioner with exposure to different roles leading and supporting major change initiatives.
Broad experience gathering and breaking down business requirements and desired outcomes working with organisation stakeholders at all levels to translate these into clarity of scope, outcomes, benefits, required capabilities, deliverables, plans and cost estimates.
Ability to take initiative, with core problem solving skills and analytical thinking to understand issues, excellent attention to detail yet see the big picture and make connections.
Excellent influencer and communicator, with strong written and verbal skills.
A proven team lead and team player, ability to bring together multi disciplines and manage/foster relationships, building trust with colleagues, sharing knowledge, and seeking opportunities for cross functional collaboration.
