Key Responsibilities of the Audit Manager:
* Oversee a diverse portfolio of audit clients across multiple industries.
* Ensure the successful delivery of audit and accounting engagements within set deadlines, handling client and team communications effectively.
* Plan, execute, and finalize audit assignments.
* Lead, manage, motivate, and coach team members.
* Foster and maintain proactive relationships with audit clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the year, not just during the audit process.
* Research and address technical queries from clients.
* Provide top-tier auditing services to our clients.
* Manage the successful completion of audit engagements.
Essential Qualifications of the Audit Manager:
* ACA or ACCA certification.
* 2-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
* Previous experience in a supervisory, team lead, or managerial role.
* A strong commitment to delivering the best client experience.
* Exceptional attention to detail and technical expertise.
* Awareness of business trends and emerging technical and industry developments.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Effective and motivated team player.
