About the role
This is a strategic yet execution-driven Head of Marketing position to lead our revenue-focused marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, and results-driven, with a strong balance of creativity and data-driven marketing expertise.
Responsibilities
* Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition
o Work alongside the existing demand generation team to convert more leads through scalable, multi-channel growth strategies across paid social, email marketing, SEO, content, webinars, and other key acquisition tactics.
o Owning the marketing site's content and information architecture, evolving it as the product evolves in collaboration with design.
o Focusing on efficiency by optimizing spend across channels to maximize ROI while maintaining high-quality lead volume.
o Working closely with Sales to refine the lead handoff process and ensure strong alignment on pipeline goals.
* Brand Awareness & Market Positioning
o Leading organic and paid social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
o Partnering with the Creative Director to ensure consumer-grade brand aesthetics and messaging consistency.
* Revenue Growth & Metrics Ownership
o Owning marketing-sourced pipeline KPIs, MQL-to-SQL conversions, and CAC efficiency.
o Providing regular reporting and insights on marketing performance to the leadership team.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
o Working closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Account Management to align GTM efforts.
o Collaborating with founders to refine marketing strategies—they care deeply about brand and messaging.
Requirements
* 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation, growth marketing, product marketing, and customer engagement.
* 2+ years experience managing a team.
* Experience in early-stage startups or small teams where you've worn multiple hats.
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth through scalable marketing programs.
