What Does a Corporate Governance Graduate Do?As a Corporate Governance Graduate, you will:Support the Company Secretarial Team in delivering compliance, governance, and consulting services to domestic and multinational clients.Prepare statutory forms and file documentation with the Companies Registration Office (CRO).Attend meetings and draft minutes for review.Assist with corporate transactions and ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2014 and related legislation.Participate in special projects and corporate initiatives from inception to completion.Maintain statutory registers and manage key company records.File Board and General Meeting minutes to ensure proper governance documentation.Assist with risk management processes to support regulatory compliance.Act as a point of contact for clients and colleagues regarding Company Law matters.Manage and take responsibility for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their statutory obligations are met.As part of our Corporate Administration Services team, you’ll gain hands-on experience, receive comprehensive training in Irish Company Law, participate in Deloitte’s comprehensive Graduate training programme, and have access to continuous learning opportunities to accelerate your professional growth.
