We now welcome applications for an F&B Manager position within our company.
In this leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service, guest satisfaction, and profitability. You'll be responsible for menu planning, inventory management, staff leadership, budget control, and maintaining the highest standards for food quality and service.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage the food and beverage budget.
2. Lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
3. Oversee all aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all outlets (restaurants, bars, room service, etc.).
4. Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, ensuring seasonality, creativity, and adherence to food cost guidelines.
5. Develop and implement systems to ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
6. Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and revenue growth.
7. Prepare regular reports on F&B performance and profitability.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting.
2. Proven track record of success in managing food and beverage operations, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
4. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices.
5. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
6. Proficient in hospitality software and point-of-sale systems.
