Healthcare, Education, Commercial, ResidentialUnderstanding of RIAI and GCCC standard forms of contractExperience of preparing bid submissions.Prior line-management experience or mentoringProven ability to advise clients and design teams on procurement, cost, value and risk, not just cost in isolationExcellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skillsYour responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:As an Associate Director working within the wider team, you will lead and deliver in all aspects of cost management and quantity surveying from project inception to completion.You will work with a Director to successfully manage and deliver a number of projects, within our key account models.You will drive performance standards through expert communication and effective use of the performance management process.
