Office Receptionist / Administrator - Consultancy - Dublin City Office/Project Location: Dublin 2 Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time Work Location: Office based Pa y: €32K-€34K depending on experience Experience : 1+ years Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required Our Client is one of Ireland's leading civil and structural engineering consultancies, with offices in Dublin 2, specialising in all aspects of civil and structural engineering and project management.
The practice has extensive experience in the public and private sectors across a broad range of projects including commercial, residential, and institutional developments.
They are currently looking to recruit a full time Receptionist.
Duties Answering Phones General Administration Support (creating job numbers on Sage Coretime / Autodesk and printing and folding drawings for issue) Manage incoming emails and daily post Project Database management Typing, filing, office organisation (stationery management etc.)
Providing support to accounts department as required Daily Stock check and purchasing of kitchen and bathroom supplies Petty Cash Arranging couriers Opening and locking up Reception Adherence to the company quality system Requirements min 1 plus years' experience in a similar role.
Excellent telephone manner including customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Excellent PC Skills Experience in a fast-paced office environment is essential.
Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and use own initiative The ideal candidate must be: Hard working, reliable, motivated, trustworthy and a quick learner.
Must have a good command of the English language.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Experience in an engineering practice is desirable but not essential Package Permanent, Full-time staff role €32K-€34K depending on experience 8 hrs per day x 5 days per week
