Job Summary:
The Site Manager will oversee the construction site, ensuring high standards of quality and workmanship. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors, maintain health and safety protocols, and plan short-term construction programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee construction site operations, including management of subcontractors and health and safety procedures.
* Plan and manage short-term construction programs to maximize efficiency and ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
* Collaborate with other departments to provide technical feedback and maintain consistency in communication and project execution.
Requirements:
* Able to take initiative and demonstrate accountability and responsibility throughout the lifecycle of a project.
* Deadline-oriented, motivating teams to achieve key targets.
* Strong communication skills and sound commercial awareness.
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in residential projects.
* Proficiency in numeracy and IT skills, including MS Project, Word, and Excel.
* Eligible to work in Ireland.
