What you will do
Silent Aire are looking for a Project Planner and Scheduler, you will bring your significant experience to develop, coordinate, integrate and manage schedules on a diverse array of projects. The successful candidate will have suitable experience in leading and managing project schedules through their full project life cycle and working with multi-discipline Engineering, Design, Production, Procurement, Quality and Commissioning teams.
How you will do it
7. Assisting the Project Managers and Project Engineers in developing project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones, and timelines.
8. Regularly liaise with project teams to review schedule progress, identify variances, programme impacts and propose corrective actions.
9. Advise Project teams on programme risks and opportunities with clear production and site derived information.
10. Report schedule progress to internal and external stakeholders by developing and presenting concise programme presentations to Clients and Project Teams.
11. Develop tools and effectively communicate programme methodology and key milestones.
12. Monitor trends across projects.
13. Engage with the commercial and PM team on matters arising during Contract execution that will cause financial exposure. Reporting of same, to support the Commercial team on justifications.
14. Advise PM and Mission Critical management on resourcing levels and required programme outputs.
15. Aid the Resourcing Manager in the development of and participation in Planning Systems and Procedures.
16. Aid the MCS leaders with the development of schedules and resourcing for the purpose of RFQ’s.
What we look for
17. Proficient use of Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
18. 3 + years’ experience in Planning / Scheduling within Construction, Factory/Operations, Pharmaceutical projects.
19. Excellent communicator and strong people skills.
20. Very well organized with an attention to detail.

23. Ability to communicate at all levels, verbal & written.
