Job Title: Payroll Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in Dundalk for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role:
* Process payrolls across Ireland, UK, and France.
* Coordinate all payroll activities, including new employee setup, data changes, and benefits management.
* Prepare monthly salary reports and ensure timely approval and processing.
* Maintain accurate employee data and implement processes for efficient data capture.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with Finance & Treasury to complete associated reports and protocols.
2. Consult with HRBP, Global Assignee Management, and Global Payroll teams to resolve employee queries and support ad hoc issues.
3. Run monthly/quarterly reports to support HR metrics for all payrolls.
4. Ensure accurate reporting and metrics on time.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in global assignee payrolls.
* IPASS Qualified or equivalent qualification.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
* Good understanding of HR compliance, policies, employment law, and legislation.
* Familiarity with HRIS, T&A, and Payroll Systems.
