Job Title: Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist – Urology Pathway

About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist to lead our Urology pathway. This role involves providing advanced physiotherapy care for clients with complex urological and pelvic health conditions, as well as guiding best practices within the team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving excellence in patient outcomes and education within this specialized field.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct advanced assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans for clients with urological and pelvic health needs.
2. Deliver specialized interventions, including pelvic floor therapy, bladder retraining, and pain management.
3. Act as a clinical resource, mentoring other physiotherapists and sharing expertise to enhance service delivery.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, high-quality care.
5. Lead research and quality improvement initiatives to advance urology pathway services.
6. Maintain detailed documentation and report on program outcomes and patient progress.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy with CORU registration.
2. Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, with advanced expertise in urology/pelvic health.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
4. Strong commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice.
