About the Role:
We are seeking a Part-Time Construction Administrator to support our construction projects with top-tier administrative expertise. This role offers flexible working hours, with the potential to increase hours and grow within Ashmore Building.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling administrative tasks related to construction projects, including document management, scheduling, and reporting.
* Utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) for efficient record-keeping and communication.
* Coordinating with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintaining databases, processing invoices, and assisting with procurement tasks.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
* Strong IT skills and full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Previous experience in administration, preferably in a construction or related industry.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
