Our client, a globally-known social media platform, is hiring for the new role – Generative Data Annotator. As an Annotator, your role will be to create, assess, and refine pairs of questions and answers to improve a large language model (LLM).
This task will involve reviewing a set of guidelines and creating sample prompts and responses in your area of expertise.

Main Duties:
* Annotate English and market language data accurately and consistently, and in accordance with predefined annotation guidelines.
* Evaluate the quality of existing data resources, as well as the output of machine learning classifiers and internal tools.
* Develop, implement, and maintain guidelines and procedures for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation and organization.
* Perform basic research as needed to annotate accurately.
* Provide feedback on the annotation tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of the data annotation process.
* Provide insights regarding observed patterns in the annotated data.
* Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.
Essential Competencies:
* The candidate must possess a strong aptitude for working with data and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* They will be flexible and analytical with the ability to understand and interpret large datasets and apply predefined guidelines, ensuring the accuracy and quality of annotations.
* Proficiency in the market language – C1 Level.
* High Proficiency in English – C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR.
* Educational background – undergraduate university degree or higher qualification.
Candidate Experience:
* Fluent in English AND Italian alongside a cultural understanding of the market.
* Flexible in working in a fast-paced environment with different projects to work on.
* Degree/1+ years professional experience preferred.
* Salary: €29,700 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance).
Location: Nova Atria, Blackthorn Road, Sandyford Business Park, Dublin 18
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays). Some weekend work is also required.
