About the Role
This Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager role ensures seamless event execution by coordinating and organizing all aspects of functions in our function rooms, aligning with guest requirements and expectations.
* Liaise with group organizers during events and ensure changes are communicated to relevant departments.
* Collaborate with sales teams or guests to address queries prior to events.
* Organize necessary equipment from stores, laundry, florists, and outside vendors while minimizing costs.
* Supervise food and beverage services in function rooms to maintain high standards.
