Senior Associate, Fund Reporting

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Fund Reporting to join our Alternative InvestmentsFinancial Reporting team. This role is located inDublin, Ireland and will be working in a hybrid capacity. (Currently 3 days a week in the office).
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Prepare and review financial statements for complex funds on behalf of BNY clients, ensuring compliance with appropriate accounting standards (e.g. IFRS, US GAAP, Lux GAAP, etc.) and other regulations.
Work with auditors and clients to ensure financial statements are accurately produced and verified on a timely basis.
Review balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows and statement of shareholders' equity for more complex funds to ensure reported numbers are reconciled and note disclosures are complete and accurate.
Implement needed changes to financial statements to ensure compliance with any new standards.
Review work of more junior colleagues.
Collaborate with auditors and clients to make changes to financial statements.
No direct reports but provides guidance to less experienced team members. May have people management responsibilities in some geographies.
Contribute to the achievement of related teams' objectives.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Accounting qualification Qualified (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) or Part Qualified (ACA / ACCA) [preferable]
Strong accounting knowledge covering relevant accounting standards and regulations including IFRS, US GAAP and Lux GAAP, and investment fund structures (hedge funds, private equity, real estate etc.)
Experienced accountant with sound double entry and financial accounting knowledge including IFRS or equivalent standards exposure preferably within a fund administrator, or Big 4 firm with alternative investments exposure
Deadline driven with effective time management and ability to work under pressure
Option to be a people manager or individual contributor depending on experience
