HR Process & Compliance Implementation Manager
This is a pivotal role in leading and driving process and compliance initiatives ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The successful candidate will have strong HR process and project management experience, excellent communication skills, and a consistent track record of leading successful HR process projects that drive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compliance Gap Analysis: Partner with our EMEA Employment Legal and HR Compliance Leads to evaluate and identify compliance gaps, risks, and prioritize initiatives.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Employee Success (HR), Business Technology, and other functional teams to understand requirements, assess gaps, align on priorities, design end-to-end process solutions and controls, and guide the documentation of mitigation efforts.
* Project Setup & Program Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, define milestones, and manage end-to-end delivery of compliance projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* End-to-End Process Design: Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs across the value stream to map current and future-state processes, ensuring compliance requirements are identified and integrated for a more streamlined workflow.
* Collaborative Execution: Identify and bring together strong project teams, including subject matter experts and decision-makers, to jointly develop project plans, agree on milestones and decision points, and deliver program outcomes, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with HR, legal, operational, and functional teams to ensure smooth execution of compliance projects and alignment with business needs.
* Prioritisation: Define and set up regular operating rhythms to track progress, prioritize initiatives based on local requirements, and regularly deliver timely and concise reporting on HR compliance progress.
* Reporting & Communication: Provide regular, clear, and concise updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
* Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential compliance risks through close collaboration with local Employee Success and functional teams, and implement corrective actions to address them effectively.
* Gap Identification: Work with local Employee Success teams to identify HR-related compliance gaps or conflicts in existing processes and identifying their business impact.
* Process Excellence: Champion and integrate (Compliance By Design) principles into all new projects, initiatives, and systems.
* Driving Ownership: Act as the bridge between operational, HR, and functional teams to ensure a seamless compliance process, with clearly defined roles and responsibilities, and ensure the ownership of embedded processes is assigned.
