I'm looking for an experienced National Account Manager to work for a leading FMCG company. In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients while growing sales and market share.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and grow solid relationships with key clients in order to grow the profile of the brand
* Develop excellent relationships with buyers with regards sales activities (JBP’s).
* Develop, negotiate and deliver a joint annual business plans and identify new business and category opportunities.
* Take full P&L for the brand and the client relationship.
* Ensure NPD listings, Promotional Activity and any other JBP sections are put in place and carried out on time.
Experience/Requirements
* At least four years of FMCG sales experience, as a KAM/NAM in FMCG
* Proven experience of developing, negotiating and carrying out at least one full life cycle of a customer JBP
* Strong negotiating skills with demonstratable experience of maintaining focus, control and delivery of a balanced scorecard of success.
* Strong team player who is used to both a high level of individual accountability and also team functional responsibility.
