* Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategic hiring plans that align with business objectives.

Minimum Requirements:
* Prior experience recruiting in agency or in-house/corporate environments is required.
* Strong sourcing skills, with an ability to effectively network within a professional community. Experience sourcing and hiring sales professionals is preferred.
* A passion for driving business growth through talent acquisition.
* Demonstrated experience in assessing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
* Comfortable sharing and conveying feedback to interview team members and hiring managers.
* Ability to proactively analyse recruiting metrics to diagnose and remedy pipeline issues.
* Ability to build relationships and partner with key stakeholders.
* A great sense of humour is required!
