About the role:
As the Finance Operations Business Partner, you’ll take on a critical role in ensuring financial and operational controls are met across manufacturing and non-manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring accurate product and process costing and analyzing variances.
* Supporting manufacturing process improvements and capturing/reporting the benefits.
* Delivering detailed KPI reports to improve factory performance in collaboration with operations.
* Managing stock reconciliations, reporting, and controlling stock write-offs.
* Leading budget preparation and operational/financial cost control.
* Evaluating capital proposals and monitoring/control of spending.
* Identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving continuous process/system improvements.
* Completing monthly management accounts and participating in year-end audits.
* Supporting cross-functional teams within the finance department.
* Leading ad hoc projects and driving positive change across processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
* A professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA/CPA/ACA).
* 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing/operations accounting.
* Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to ensure the accuracy of your work.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Advanced Excel proficiency and ERP system experience (IFS experience desirable).
* A results-driven mindset, coupled with a collaborative and flexible approach to work.
* You’re a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* You take pride in your ability to drive results, adapt to change, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
