Due to continued expansion, we require a Supply Chain Administrator.
Supply Chain Administrator
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our suppliers meet safety, quality, and sustainability standards. Your work will ensure our supply chain aligns with regulatory and ethical guidelines while improving efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate suppliers to confirm they meet safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
2. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to non-compliance.
3. Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with project needs and company goals.
4. Identify and assess potential suppliers.
5. Collaborate with project managers and site teams to understand material needs and deadlines.
6. Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.
7. Identify and manage risks in the supply chain.
8. Stay informed about market trends and industry updates to improve procurement decisions.
Requirements:
1. Experience in supply chain management, particularly in assessing safety, quality, and sustainability.
2. Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA, environmental certifications).
3. Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
4. Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Ability to identify risks and recommend improvements.
