We are currently working alongside a family owned manufacturing company based in Dublin 15 to hire a Customer Service Rep to join their organisation.
This is a Hybrid role - 2 days in the office and 3 days from home (once training is complete), offering flexible hours and attractive benefits. The role: Key Responsibilities: Sales Order Processing: Handle sales order administration, including export documentation and pricing.Logistics Management: Manage service from logistics providers and negotiate new routes as needed.Rebate and Credit Note Processing: Generate and process rebates and credit notes across territories.Key Account Management: Coordinate team efforts for managing key accounts and collaborate with relevant functions.Order Prioritisation: Schedule and prioritise orders, considering supply chain capacities and coordination with other territories.Customer Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication with key customers, understand their needs, and anticipate movements.Customer Service Support: Serve as contact for customer queries, complaints, and support requests, ensuring timely resolution.Performance Monitoring: Define and review reports, document procedures, and record non-conformances using Quality systems.Training: Plan ongoing training aligned with quarterly performance contracts.Additional Support: Provide reception and phone coverage when needed, and ensure correct pricing and billing from transport companies.Ad-hoc Duties: Assist with any other duties to meet business and customer needs.Requirements: Fluent in English & Polish.Educated to Degree level or equivalent qualification in related discipline.Experience managing customer accounts with the ability to solely manage all aspects of customer accounts.Detail-oriented and organised.Benefits: HealthcarePension after probation2 days in office 3 days from homeBonus after 1 year's serviceFlexible working hoursFor a confidential discussion and more information on the role, please contact Sarra Hadi at ****** or call 090-6478104.
