Job Summary
The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional service to both existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Secure renewal retention of our existing clients by providing personalized attention and ensuring seamless transitions.
* Offer quotations to new customers, showcasing our competitive pricing and tailored solutions.
* Operate the Relay system proficiently, leveraging its capabilities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Requirements
* At least one year of personal lines insurance experience is a minimum requirement for this position.
* Advantageous to be APA qualified or have some progress towards achieving this qualification.
The Package
Our comprehensive compensation package includes:
* An excellent salary of €34,000.
* 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
* A generous employer contribution to the pension scheme.
* A standard 9-5 working day with 1 hour for lunch, Monday to Friday only.
