Our total team is circa 50 colleagues and our operations are centred at our world-class facility in Rathcoole, which boasts a state-of-the-art logistics facility, with modern offices and an expansive client showroom. As our growth journey continues, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team to play a pivotal role in developing and executing our people strategy.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Executive will support the Head of Marketing in driving strategic initiatives that enhance the company’s brand presence, e-commerce performance, and product offering. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative and analytical skills, with a proven track record in content creation, market research, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning & Market Research: Collaborate on the development of marketing strategies to align with business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
* Brand Development & Content Creation: Develop engaging content across digital and traditional platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and product brochures. Manage branding initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment with company values.
* E-Commerce Management: Oversee the website's daily operations, ensuring seamless functionality and an optimal user experience. Optimize website performance using SEO and CRO strategies.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Present regular performance reports to inform strategic decisions.
* Sales Collaboration & Support: Assist in preparing marketing collateral for sales presentations. Train the sales team on current marketing initiatives and product updates.
Qualifications:
* At least 3 years in a Marketing team, ideally within a business-to-business environment.
* Strong creative and analytical skills, proficient in digital marketing tools (CMS, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, Canva).
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Proven experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Demonstrable experience in content creation, website management, and e-commerce.
