Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our busy recruitment desk in a full-time permanent capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support on a busy recruitment desk.
* Organise and confirm client and candidate interviews.
* Create and post job advertisements.
* Complete onboarding and reference checks for new starters.
* Screen candidates over the phone.
* Meet candidates for interview and shortlist candidates for job vacancies.
* Manage and update the company database to ensure accurate documentation.
* Support and contribute towards monthly revenue targets.
* Scan and upload candidates' files.
* Use specific techniques to source candidates through job advertisements and social media channels.
* Support client account management and business development.
* Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of the required sector.
* Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
* Excellent administration skills.
* Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
* Experience working in hospitality, retail, recruitment, call centre or office beneficial.
* Preferrable recruitment experience but not necessary.
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent multitasking and time-keeping skills.
