Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and data entry.
* Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
* Update purchase orders for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
* Process daily landing purchase orders for boats and weekly statements.
* Assist with sales and purchase ledger entries.
* Respond to phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Support in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
