Frazer Jones services have been selected to secure talent for a HRIS Analyst role based in Dublin city centre. We are seeking a highly communicative individual who enjoys liaising with employees across the organization. Within this role, you will have ownership of the HR systems of the organization. This role will support the wider HR team in relation to producing various reports and analysis. You will also be responsible for the operational management and data integrity of the systems along with project managing system integrations or new system implementations.
Responsibilities:
* Support the integrity of the HR systems - HR System, Benefit System & Performance Management System.
* Ensure all data is clean and consistent across all platforms.
* Project manage system integrations/implementations.
* Develop positive vendor relationships with all suppliers.
* Create positive relationships with the HR team and wider organization.
* Deliver training, support and guidance to the HR team and broader employee population.
* Provide data for a range of internal projects whilst liaising with other relevant internal departments.
To be considered:
* You will have a background in HR operations and approx. 3 years' experience within HR systems/data analytics.
* You will be a problem solver.
* You will have a strong analytical mindset and exceptional excel skills.
This organization operates a hybrid working structure - 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
