We are seeking an experienced Accounts Technician for a thriving well-established business in Tralee.
We are seeking an Accounts Technician with 5+ years' experience who can take full responsibility for the day-to-day accounts of the business Role Responsibilities: Accounts payable process invoices and deal with queries as they arise.
Accounts receivable ensure customers are paying in a timely manner and deal with queries.
Process bank reconciliations Preparation and posting of month end journals Preparing and submission of VAT returns, Intrastat/VIES returns and RCT returns Prepare and submit weekly / monthly reports/projections to management as required such as cashflow, debtor and creditor reports and provide commentary Candidate Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience in similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (incl.
Excel and Word) and ideally Intact Accounts package.
Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership on the role Comfortable with changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
Ability to work and manage deadlines Competitive salary for the successful candidate.
