Compensation: $85,000 to $100,000 base salary, with commissions uncapped. OTE - $170,000 to $200,000.

About the Role:
We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Technical Account Manager to join a growing team. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and help drive the adoption of their security and compliance solutions. You'll play a crucial role in understanding clients' needs, advising them on best practices, and identifying opportunities to expand their use of their products.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the security, compliance, and data protection solutions.
* Develop and execute account plans to drive product adoption, increase retention rates, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Stay up-to-date on the company's products and security/compliance industry trends to advise clients on effective use and implementation.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Product, and Customer Success) to address client issues, enhance satisfaction, and provide timely resolutions.
* Regularly analyze account performance and usage metrics to identify potential improvements and proactively address potential risks.
* Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, sharing client feedback to drive continuous product and service enhancements.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a related role within SaaS, ideally in the security or compliance sector.
* Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and cybersecurity best practices is a plus.
* Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth and retention targets.
* Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
* Comfortable using CRM tools and analyzing data to make informed account decisions.
