Roles and Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key manufacturing clients.
Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights on market trends, recruitment strategies, and hiring best practices.
Talent Sourcing and Candidate Engagement: Source top-tier candidates for various manufacturing roles Use a range of sourcing channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their long-term staffing needs.
Develop proactive recruitment strategies to address client needs and market demands.
Recruitment Process Management: Lead the recruitment process from start to finish.
Ensure an efficient and positive recruitment experience for clients and candidates.
Industry Expertise & Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on manufacturing industry trends, skills gaps, and market competition.
Provide clients with valuable advice on workforce trends, salary benchmarking, and talent retention.
Candidate & Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide feedback to candidates and assist in offer negotiations to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Team Leadership Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members as the Team Develops and Grows Contribute to the development of team goals and performance metrics Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts to ensure long-term business success.
Requirments: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior-level or specialist roles.
Experience managing key accounts, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Experience managing full recruitment cycles from sourcing to placement.
Ability to set goals, track performance, and contribute to team development.
Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously.
Track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs.
Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with clients and candidates.
Ability to identify business development opportunities and expand client portfolios.
Experience managing key accounts, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
